NOTE: We do not provide space for crafts, imported or commercially prepared food, local brick and mortars, or provide space for business/product promotions.

What are the Qualifications?

What qualifications do we seek when considering a locally crafted food vendor?

• The owner must be the applicant and representative, and involved in the overall management/production of their product
• The business and products need to be produced locally and in Southern California
• Product must be made from scratch, in a certified commercial kitchen

What is Not Accepted?

• Cottage Permitted goods
• Brick and Mortar retail establishments
• Wholesalers, who purchase & resale, or repackage a product
• Imported, pre-packaged products
• Mass-produced products designed for retail establishments
• Items produced for fundraising (i.e. Girlscout cookies)
